Annual Day of Prayer Against Oppression

General Synod set aside today, September 11, for each ARP Church to pray specifically against oppression. We would ask that all congregations pray for our brothers and sisters around the world who are persecuted because of their faith in Christ.

Rev. Robert Sherer

Retired Minister Reverend Robert Sherer passed away on September 6.  The visitation will be Tuesday, September 17 at 1:00 PM at First ARP Church in Statesville with the service following at 2:30 there also. The graveside will follow at Perth Cemetery in Troutman. There will be a section reserved for retired and current ministers during the service.
