Rev. Dr. Chong-Ku Rhee passed away on Saturday, September 17th, 2016. He was pastor of the Soonshin Presbyterian Church, Plainview, New York.  He joined Northeast Presbytery in 1998.  He was a faithful presbyter and active in the life of Northeast Presbytery, serving one term as Moderator and participating as a member of many committees.
