We received word today that Rev. Lawrence (Larry) Young, pastor of Brookside ARP Church in Boone, NC, passed away on February 26, 2026, following a six-month illness with pancreatic cancer. Larry was a very close friend of mine and we have served Christ together for well over 50 years. I’ve spoken at his churches and we have shared Christ together with other people. Thank you for allowing me to give God glory for Larry.
