Hurricane Ian Updates

We just heard of a need from First Presbyterian Church(ARP) in Sebring, FL, which experienced roof damage from Hurricane Ian in September. They have a temporary dry-in on one side of the Christian Education Building.

Here are a few details from Rev. Karl Davis, pastor of Sebring, “The estimates we are dealing with is that temporary repairs for the roof will be between $7 – $10,000 with the recommended full reshingling costing in the $45 – 50,000 range. Our deductible from our insurance policy is 5% which equals about $66,000. Unfortunately, we do not have the reserves to cover these costs. We are blessed in that we did not have any internal damage. We thank the steering committee of the ARP Good Samaritan Disaster Relief Fund for sending us some funds for help in the repair.”
