Prayer is requested for Northeast Presbytery minister Rev. David Choi, who is the Church Planter for the Somang (Hope) Church in Hicksville, LI, New York.A few weeks ago Rev. Choi underwent what was to be a routine eye surgery for cataract removal from his left eye. The surgery was not routine, and the eye lens slipped out of place. Recently a subsequent surgery to correct the “slipped lens” condition was not successful with the end result being blindness in the eye. Whether this is a permanent condition or not is unknown. Pray for Rev. Choi during this very trying time with the loss of sight in one eye that Almighty GOD will give him peace, and understanding and strength as he copes and adapts to this physical loss.
