Update from Reverend Joe Rolison, pastor of Rehobeth ARP Church
Many thanks for everyone’s prayers and messages of concern and kindness. Most likely, the clots were caused by a calf injury on my recent mission trip, exacerbated by many long flights. Thank the Lord, I am going to be discharged today. In God’s mercy, I will not have to take blood-thinning injections twice a day (as initially thought) but instead can take an oral anticoagulant. Also, the cardiologist was not alarmed by the calcium deposit in my coronary artery. I will be following up with specialists.
We are so thankful to be a part of a loving, caring denomination that truly is a family. May the Lord be praised, and may we redeem the time in Christ’s service!
