Here is a brief video from Rev. Keith Ginn on Shorter Catechism #34.
Q34. What is adoption?
A. Adoption is an act of God’s free grace, whereby we are received into the number, and have a right to all the privileges of the sons of God.When God justifies sinners, He doesn’t just forgive their sins: He also adopts them into His family. By His grace we are made sons and daughters of God, heirs according to all of God’s promises. Jesus Christ shares our nature with us so that He might be our faithful elder brother. We hope this study encourages you this week!
