Retired ARP Minister Ray A. King passed away yesterday, December 20, 2022. Please pray for his family at this time. They are waiting until after the holidays to have a funeral and to celebrate his life. Dr. King was very active in the ARP denomination and worked for Erskine Seminary for 38 years.

Ray was a great friend to all who knew him. His love and care for students at Erskine Seminary was clear to all of us who had Ray as a professor. Ray most likely had the greatest influence on me answering God’s call to ministry. Ray was a dear friend and mentor to Barbara and me, we will miss him greatly in our daily lives.
Prayers to his children Ray Jr., Wayne and Kay Allison, his grandchildren, and extended family.
